Kitchens are equipped with ovens/stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, and garbage disposals. Kitchens are bright and sunny with new flooring and plenty of room for a cafe' table to enjoy a meal or have your family dine in the large dining room.
Orchard Park is a sought after location because of its location just off Route 219. In Orchard Park you are just 20 minutes to downtown Buffalo, and within 45 minutes from great skiing at Kissing Bridge, Holiday Valley and Holimont Ski resorts.
You will be hard pressed to find a two bed/two bath unit with the same finishes at a comparable price. We keep our rents as low as possible because we appreciate our tenants.
All of our apartments feature LOTS of storage space, with 2 double closets in both the master and guest bedrooms. Each unit is provided with a locked and secured storage unit in the pristine and dry basement. Garages are also available for an extra monthly fee.
Woodview is a quiet and mature community. Many of our tenants enjoy tending the small patio gardens and using the apples from the apple trees to bake during the autumn months.
The Woodview Apartments are a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted on the premises at anytime.
The great thing about renting at Woodview Apartments is the village location. Woodview is within walking distance to the Orchard Park Library, Nativity Of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, The Presbyterian Church, and St. Mark's Episcopalian Church. Woodview is also within walking distance to a number of fine dining and casual restaurants as well as grocery stores, hair salons and barber shops.
While on your walk you will hear music streaming from the Quaker light posts througout the village.
